We purchased a house full of carpet to be laid in two stages. Very keen to sell and the price reduced time and time till we bought. When the first stage was to be laid we were advised the carpet was not available that was on the laying day We had just arranged to move a huge amount of furniture. Then it arrived in the afternoon and laid the wrong edging was sent and we also noted that the join area was flat and damaged. Burnt we thought. Stage 2 came after being advised the night before that the layer would be here at 8 to 9am we recieved a call at 8am to say the layer couldn't find our carpet. We have just moved all the bedroom furniture for 3 rooms not impressed we had to cancel our built-in robe installation that was being installed later that afternoon. I feel sorry for they layers this is the second time the warehouse stuffed up. This place was great! The service was good and the vinyl that we chose was layed without any problems at all! The whole process went very swimmingly that after our vinyl was installed we went back and got brand new carpet for the whole house! The man that worked their was so helpful and friendly and had a great sense of humour! I highly recommend solo mins flooring Reynella!

The service was unbelievable and my husband and I could not be more happy if we tried! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and the friendly salesman assisted us quickly. We were very indecisive about what we what wanted but the friendly young man took his time and made great suggestions. We felt like we mattered and that he actually cared about our needs! We took the samples home and we later returned that day and signed up with no hesitation! unfortunately the service here is not great.
there is lots of back and forth, back and forth over the phone. no real organisation either which is the biggest let down of all. we had our floor quoted and signed up the same day to have our floors laid with floating floors. we had arranged to wait until after the school holidays and to pull up our own flooring before getting the new floor laid. the sales person was quick and helpful when showing me the board colours and the difference in quality. however they failed to explain that if there were any uneven surfaces or anything underneath our floor coverings that made it difficult for the new floor to be laid then it would incur a fee.
