Ever since the new owners took over in February 2017, this place is skyrocketing to the top in my books, with great service and amazing product, I bought some 20mm scoria to fill an existing pathway behind my house, with almost no fines it it!!
I also got some topsoil to fill in some holes my pup had dug, and it’s the cleanest soil I’ve seen in any garden supply!
And they have this awesome horse made of steel out the front, it looks so cool, I want it!!

I purchased 3 metres of drainage scoria on approx 28/02/14. at a price much the same as other local suppliers. Scoria contained an unacceptable percentage and volume of "fines". I rang and suggested they go and test their scoria by picking up a shovel full from their pile and turning the shovel out onto a cement pad and looking at the volume of fines. They did this and said their pile was okay. They said they would send out a driver the next day to check scoria. Driver did not turn up and I remained in all day. This scoria was not up to standard. They would not have been able to pass this scoria off to wholesale customers (plumbers/drainers) as it would be rejected as sub standard. As this was a "non inspection" job and I have lined my drain and wrapped the slotted pipe with a permeable membrane I have used the scoria, I have worked with drainers and plumbers and purchased scoria from elsewhere and this scoria would never pass an inspection.
