Bad customer service it was sometimes ago I use to rent place from them I been charged for nothing I lost my bond

This is a small real estate agency, located smack bang opposite from Ashfield train station that seems to specialise in local properties (Ashfield and surrounding areas). I had the pleasure of dealing with them as a tenant for one of the properties they managed over a period of about 1.5 years. I found Curtis and Ridwan (property managers) to be very professional and authentic in their dealings with me, which was rather refreshing having previosuly experienced the obnoxious attitudes of other real estate agents during the Sydney housing crisis.

Somerville have been my strata manager for over 8 years. I have dealt with many strata companies in the past and believe that Somerville would be one of the best that I have dealt with. My emails/queries have been actioned or dealt with quickly and I would have no hesitations in recommending them

IN A NUTSHELL!
THE FIRM ALLOWED OVER $25,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE BY NOT FOLLOWING UP THEIR WORK ORDER AS STRATA MANAGERS TO REPAIR A LEAKING CEILING UNTIL AFTER IT COLLAPSED!. IT DID NOT INFORM ANYONE ELSE THAT THERE WAS A LEAKING CEILING SO SOMEONE ELSE COULD DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
THE RESULT WAS ROOF TILES AND CEILING COLLAPSING INTO A UNIT CAUSING HAVOC DURING A STORM ABOUT TWO MONTHS AFTER THE WORK ORDER WAS ISSUED. (THE WORK QUOTE CAME IN AFTER THE DAMAGE!)
