BEWARE everyone.
Very flimsy and lightweight timber for nearly 700.00. Looked very sturdy in the pictures but not so in reality. It felt like hobby timber if I'm honest. We were assembling ours, and it toppled over with a slight wind! Pieces cracked. I rang the company and left a voicemail. No reply. I emailed and asked if we could purchase ONE replacement part. I was going to repair the minor damage myself to the other pieces because I didn't want to be 'that' customer who picks on everything. I was told they would get back to me. They did not. I would definitely not recommend these. They are purchased, I suspect from China, and resold for exorbitant prices here. Be aware they have now opened another website and turned off reviews. I bought a cat enclosure from their website coops and cages.What a nightmare it has been, it was meant to be delivered on the 8th of July.
I have had to deal with their courier company border express.. With not resolution.
I asked to speak to a manager, about their non-existent customer service policy.
To be told by Stephanie "why do I want to speak to a manger"...Um are you kidding me..it's called customer ...read more
