Something Fishy

DONT EAT HERE !!!!
I have dined here a number of times in the past but my visit today 06/02/16 was Absolutely Disgusting. New owners and nothing like it use to be. 2 pieces of grilled snapper and a small chips. $24.00. No..1. the Snapper was not snapper. I was in the seafood business for years and know my Fish. 100% NOT Snapper, suspect it was cheap imported (catfish). The fish was grilled however tasted greasy like really over used cooking oil and smelt strange. No..2. The chips were recooked dry shrivelled up horrid excuse for chips not edible in anyone's world . To make things worse it was take away so the trip back to get a refund was not worth the effort or the time and distance. Will never eat here again.. You should not either.

They have to be even worse than the last management. Calling the business to order ... keeps ringing out and YES they are OPEN ! Tried to call one call after another for 20 minutes ....

The food is always revolting!

Over cooked or undercooked food ... The business does not fit into springfield lakes !

Bad service, rude, overpriced, never answer their phone. Good chips though and on fish and chip store in Springfield Lakes so when you feel like it you have to go there

Rude telephone service and had to repeat myself several times to be understood then they forgot half my order so I had to drive all the way back there to get it and my fish was DISGUSTING!!! Burnt batter falling off all over and what little batter was on it was soaked in oil.



This is the most HORRIBLE fish and chips I have EVER had. I demanded my money back and a new fish.



And next time, I will make the drive up the road to Salt n Battered in Springfield. It is far better, service and quality of food.
