They made me wait for an hour, on the second appointment they were also unable to manage the time. If you need punctuality particularly if you have other commitment I suggest don't go to them, time is not important for them.

Appointment book 2 weeks ago, arrived 10 mins early to fill out paperwork, one hour later and I am still sitting here. Absolutely useless.
