Stress Management with Major Meridian re-balancing, using Light and Sound.
It's so easy, all that you have to do is lie down on the special transparent bed (as comfortable as a hammock) and let go. The special sound program through the stereo headphones and the slowly changing light settings will waft you off to a space that is so relaxing you will not want to get up afterwards. Float off into worlds of Bliss. You will not believe how utterly relaxed you are feeling.
One of the by-products of these sessions is that of Meditation, so if you have never done it, you get to feel what a help it is to your life. You are given a free CD to take home with you so that you can use the special sound to meditate with every day at your convenience.
In so doing, you are able to take some of your session experience of Sonique home with you.

There is an introductory session cost of $45.00, a minimum time of 30 minutes.

The full session costs $75.00 and has a minimum time of 1.5 hours.

Within this session you are tested with special techniques to see where your imbalances are, and there are further techniques to remove these from the mind, even before you enter the healing session. Special oils are permeated in the healing room appropriate to your particular condition to be balanced, and of course you are in air conditioned comfort.
