Completely agree with the other review! Being a hairdresser myself I know how to speak to clients on the phone but this woman is seriously lacking people skills and was EXTREMELY rude! I realise you can't get an exact quote over the phone but a rough idea is possible yet this woman continuously shouted over the top of me with no interest in anything I was trying to ask! I have no idea how this salon has any clients at all, I would never get my hair done there after the way she carried on!!
Went in to ask if they could do what I wanted done. The lady(?) working in there barked at me "HAVE YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT?? YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!"
I explained I would do so as soon as she told me whether they could do what I wanted..
"WELL, I'M BUSY!! YOU NEED TO CALL!!" was my rude reply.
After apologising for 'bothering' her I walked out, only for her to yell after me 'YOU'RE WELCOME!!"
Rude, bordering on nasty. Walk into that salon at your own risk! Not nice!
