Terrible delivery service. Box was damaged on delivery (if I hadn't held the bottom myself it would have fallen apart), driver made me come downstairs to get the food because he didn't ready delivery instructions to find my apartment.
Called them to complain, they told me to call Menulog to arrange a redelivery.
Wasted 20 minutes on the phone with Menulog to be told they won't help me, called them back directly, Manager was "sorry to be rude and blunt" but, in essence, Badluck. I now have cold food and terrible service. Don't ever order from them. I never will again.
Visited this place to have lunch. I've tried their half rack beef ribs (huge portion!) and deep fried chocolate filled dough balls. I especially love their smoky and tender ribs. Chips are quite crispy too. Coffee is from Vittoria. When I was there I can see how busy they are baking and delivering pizza to customers.
By far the worst pizza and service I have ever had. It was inedible - doused with chilli, onion raw, burnt base and when I called to complain I was put on hold for 5 minutes so I ended up just taking it back and demanding a refund. Have never written a review but I just hope I stop other people from going through that. If I could rate less than 1 I would. Despicable.
