Warning DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS Sam was booked for months, didn't turn up on the day and didn't answer urgent calls. Once getting hold of him later in the day he said he had no idea when he could move our furniture as his old truck had broken down. We had to book someone else as we had to get our furniture out that day and then he refused to pay our deposit back.
I was recommended to SOS removals from a friend that highly recommended this business and I'm so happy that I myself used them for my removal job. I found the gentleman that arrived very helpful and diligent with their work. They arrived on time, treated my belongings with care and I definitely will be calling on them next time I move!

Despite having confirmed my booking and arrival time only days prior, Sam never showed up on the day. He did not respond to calls. I was left completely high and dry with a house of furniture that needed to be moved that day. I received a text message and email the following day to say that he had mixed up the week of the booking. This is unacceptable. This review really cannot adequately descript the undue stress and pain this caused me. I would never ever recommend this ‘company’.
DO NOT HIRE
Blatant disregard for peoples property. They over charged an elderly lady, damaged multiple items, washing machine, wardrobes etc and then tried lying about it although they were seen doing it. Then went on to abuse her daughter while she was holding a 1 week old baby when approached. Have also been reported to Department of Fair Trading
