Sosta Argentinian Kitchen was the brainchild of three of Adelaide's local hospitality workers who have been in the industry for many years and not forgotten what it's all about. They have come together to provide a warm and welcoming feeling to all.
When at Sosta you feel like one of the family where nothing is to much trouble. Under the careful eyes of Vincenzo in the kitchen, you can be assured of a quality meal every time. The passion for his craft comes from an early age as Italian child helping his parents picking olives, making sausages, tomato sauce, and helping out in the veggie patch, this where the understanding of produce and the passion started. The knowledge and skill is visible today in the kitchen as Vincenzo weaves the magic.
Out the front Sosta has Phill and Anna doing there thing, with Phill always looking to try new things and finding better ways to make your time at sosta a truly memorable one. Phill takes care of the wine and drink list, with over 130 wines and a huge range of spirits and liqueurs this is no small task. (Ssshhh he is also a chef so food and wine matching is no problem, he is more than happy to help out). Anna makes you feel right at home when there, greeting you with a big smile and a warm hello, you will notice her as she will be buzzing around making sure your time is perfect.

Only reason they got one star is because ONE of their staff members that we dealt with had good customer service skills. The standard of customer service we recieved was terrible. The food was not worth the money. Can get a better steak elsewhere. Never going there again. If you want good service don't bother going to this place!!
We booked in from mid year for a christmas work function which we spent all year raising funds for. A week after paying our deposit, with no one mentioning the change in price at the time of paying our deposit, they changed the cost of the banquet option to gain an extra $160 from us. There is a note on the interent prices are subject to change without notice, but not after a deposit is paid, surely that is illegal. I tried to dispute it, but the manager was adamant on sticking to her quote that it mentions it on the interent. If you like honesty and good food, dont go here with a large group. Red meat was a little undercooked for my liking, chicken was tasteless and they dodged us with our wine bottle orders, placing them on their counter and offering to other members of our group. Come on guys, I understand the nasty world of business, but that type of service wont get us going there ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Want argentinian, go to Gaucho's.
