Soul food cafe mudjimba has great tasting healthy food. I am gluten intolerance and found many gluten free options...great tasting cakes and slices and the make amd female who run the shop are both very helpful and approachable. Definitely worth visit to this awesome local cafe.
I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of an employee. My husband had to go down to renew his passport at the PO so we decided to have lunch there beforehand. I had been there 3 times before with girlfriends and I really liked it. Also I was having a ladies lunch at my place the next day and I thought I could buy some dips or salads or something for that.
When I arrived I looked at the salads in the display window and asked if I could have a spoonful of each salad on a plate. There were 4 salads, a pumpkin salad, a chunky coleslaw salad, a morrocan rice salad and a red rice salad. Worst service ever! Don't expect good service or even any service here. Food is great though staff are very stressed rude and this includes the management- a very unpleasant staff morale for some reason...
I spent a small fortune here and even if I didn't I would at least expect decent service. The 1st staff member who took my order walked away after i only said one dish ( when I was trying to order another 4!) When I tried to communicate this to the next staff member they ended up taking my order, then running away as I tried to ask for a tax invoice.
