Sam the man and his wonderful trainee were fantastic! I had an emergency - NO HOT WATER!!!!!! OMG the end of the world for girls! In any case, Soul Plumbing did a brilliant job. Responded so quickly, job done in less than 24 hours since they were contacted. So polite and informative. Showed everything I needed to know to look after my new system. Highly recommend them.

A very disappointing service. I chose Soul plumbing as true local said they were “blocked drain specialists”. Sam attended with his apprentice and used his “very powerful machine” to cut through big woody tree roots in my drain and unblock it. After it was cleared he showed me on the camera and the drain was full of big wood chips. He gave me a verbal quote to dig them up and fix it as he said the roots would grow back. He asked me to txt him my email address so he could send through the receipt and quote, which I did before he left the property but I had to chase him for a week to get this sent through. I was charged $395 but 10 days later the drain was blocked again. When I contacted Sam about fixing it he did not reply to the email, when I called he said that the roots had grown back. I had a blocked drain issue and I called Soul Plumbing Services who quickly came out and unblocked my sewer drain. Sam did a great job, very affordable and delight to deal with. Thank you so much! If anyone is looking for a decent plumber, I highly recommend Soul Plumbing Services!

Called Soul plumbing with an issue and the water was backing up the pipe. A soul plumbing representative came out and only done half a job. He only relieved the blockage he did not fix it. There was infact 2 blockages with the second one being abit further down the same pipe that he missed. When I contacted soul plumbing again in regards to the blockage they missed and asked if they would come out at no charge or discounted rate as this should of been picked up the first time his response was I have cleared my blockage...
I paid them to do a job not relieve the issue for a week. I will now pay another plumbing service to finish the job which they would not.
Waste of time and money

I contacted Soul Plumbing when my hot water system stopped working and they recommended me to contact an electrician first in case it was an electrical issue. They sent me the contact details for an electrician called Ian and he came over as soon as possible to check our system. Within an hour the problem was fixed. Thank you Soul Plumbing for your assistance :)
