At our Northmead yoga studio we provide a number of yoga classes spread throughout the week and offer several styles of yoga.

Our teachers are passionate about helping you develop your yoga practice by teaching you how to safely and intelligently approach your yoga. All teachers are all qualified with at least 200 hours Yoga Australia recognised training and take regular ongoing training to broaden their knowledge.

At Soul Tree Yoga Northmead Studio you will get the necessary attention and instruction needed to learn the poses that you generally don't get in gyms.
We welcome all levels of yoga experience. Our classes are warm and friendly and have more of a community vibe. We are more like a family. Our classes are designed for everybody so whether it's your very first class or an experienced yoga practitioner we invite you to join us.
