Ignore the 1 star reviews... Smashed my screen on my blackview bl8800 so I ordered a new screen myself and took it to many phone shops to see if they could change it over and no one would touch it due to the fact it's a blackview and they had never worked on one before so I took it to Tina at soul mobile and she's an absolute legend she had a look at it and without hesitation said she will give it a go dropped it off at smoko and picked it up in the afternoon and she done an excellent job ?? very well priced aswell!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thanks again Tina ??
If you are contemplating getting any iPad/ iPhone/ crack repairs- simply think again. We took in two iPads, were firstly greeted with a friendly service and happy with the result. However, we did notice multiple digital lines going down the side if the iPad, we didn't think much of. Whilst tapping the iPad at normal pressure 3 days after, the so called "digital lines" where actually the result of a bad job, causing instant cracks without dropping etc. for tapping only. We then took both iPads in again, both in which were in a worse state than prior to fixing, and asked whether they could perhaps fix it again, as a week prior they fixed the iPads. We were then rudely refused for 'our breaking' unless we payed $50 for their simple mess. We were then yelled at and walked out of the shop. Now, both iPads DO NOT work and we have been for forced with none other than buying new iPads. So unless you want a bad service and to be rudely treated as a customer, I do not recommend soul.
Agree. Saw another woman in there the other day who had her iPads broken. According to the person that works there they've "never had anything like this before". So staff's never glued an iPad screen down before.and ruined the iPad forever..
I have to disagree with this review, I walked into the store a week ago to fix my phone and it was kinda busy with 4 or so customers. The ones being services were really happy with their service and I heard them say that they were loyal customers for many years (which only shows that they are clearly happy about their experience at the store). Eventually I was served, she (the store owner) was really friendly as you said, and even offered me a discount because I was also getting a phone case. A week later after being repaired and my phone is still pristine. I honestly think this store should be recommended as I've seen countless happy customers as I've walked by it all my life as I do my local grocery shopping :)
