Part of the $25 million Surfers Paradise foreshore redevelopment Soul is a new shopping centre reaching 77 stories into the sky.
Right on the beach you'll find fashion, perfume, jewellery, accessories, surfwear, and more. The centre will also water front dining and drinks too.
Soul is also a residential building offering stunning views of the Surfers coastline.

The latest shopping development on Cavill Mall has breathed new life into the popular Surfers retail precinct. Aptly named Soul, the first stage opened before Christmas with leading surf retailers Rip Curl and Rush wasting no time in setting up shop. Both brands will have a prominent presence in Soul, with Rip Curl making its double storey premises its flagship store and Rush laying out a cool $1 million on its surrounds. From the moment we drove up to the gorgeous Soul apartments at Surfers Paradise we were greeted & welcomed by staff members, concierges, parking attendants, and receptionists. Our bags were taken up to our room while we parked & checked in. We'd booked a room with ocean views & were not disappointed. Room 1503 was stunning! Fully self contained with beautiful furnishings, a king size bed with big fluffy pillows, a day bed on the balcony, twin sinks & spa bath in the bathroom with Morrissey toiletries. On the 3rd floor is a gym, spas, swimming pools & bbq's. And on the second floor is Seaduction restaurant. Soul is an amazing place to stay at.
