Failed to identify sagging ceilings throughought an entire house I went on to purchase. As an unqualified builder, even I could identify the problem with a basic non-invasive visual inspection, noticed 1 month after moving in. Turns out the glue which holds the ceiling panels to the roof truss's is unstuck, according to them, not an item they are required to look at or identify to prospective house buyers?
Unsure about the actual quality of the building inspection now, getting second opinion on a house I have already purchased.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.
We very firmly told them PRIOR to booking the inspection that we would require the report within a few hours of completing the inspection - we were repeatedly told this would definitely happen.
