Fantastic customer service. We have a motor home that needed an old tv replaced now digital has taken over. I did not think it would be such a problem. We spoke to stores where we live on the Gold Coast but got confused and not confident the job would be done properly.
After researching on the net Sound in Motion is reviewed as one of the best stores in Australia for caravan tv's and stereos. We made the trip up from Nerang. Immediately felt comfortable these guys no what they are talking about. We had a new 24" tv installed in no time. They even have technician to fix my stereo up front while I waited. Looking at putting a satellite system in down the track..when I save up. When I do, Sound in Motion will definitely be doing the job. Nathan. Happy customer.
Last month my family and I went on a shopping spree for a stereo for our daughters late model Toyota Corolla. Had to have ipod controls and Blue tooth for her iphone. First port of call was Sound In Motion in Nambour as it was closest to home. The service as soon as we walked in the door was great. The sales assistant Mike was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He listened to our requirements, showed us the pros and cons of several units before settling on an Alpine unit. The price was at the upper end of what we wanted to spend but the Alpine difference justified the cost. Wow this is to easy! Resisted the temptation to purchase with out "looking around". ...read more
I got an old phone taken out of a 20K car I bought and a new cradle for my iPhone 4 put in. When they had finished, I tried to put my iPhone in the cradle but it would not fit as the cradle had been put too close to the dash. I went in and told them that the iPhone wouldn't fit and they apologised and took the car out the back to rectify the problem. When I got the car back again the phone fit but because they had to build up under the cradle so the phone would fit, you could now clearly see where the old phone had been, little bits of metal were poking out as well... it looked very tacky. There were also shavings and dust left on the cream carpet and a small but permanent mark left on the centre console! I asked they why they hadn't used a mounting plate to hide the marks etc.which were left by my the old phone and they said they didn't have any mounting plates... I find this surprising since this is what they do for a living. ...read more
