Please evryone do me a favour and stay away from them. They completely ruined my event. had an international performance of over a thousand people. Everything was so wrong. I paid their fees more than three months in advance hoping that will give them time to sort their stuff. We agreed bump in was 10 AM and sound check 3pm. i was at the venue by 10:30 AM and management were nowhere closer. I called them and told me that they were 30 mins away and stayed 30 mins away until 13;30hrs. That was the start of a series of problems. we could not do sound check till 5pm the same time we were supposed to open doors. we had to ask our fans to wait outside including our VIP guests. What a mess. Do not trust Rob and his company to any important events you have. They were hired to provide sound and lighting services for an international act and they ruined the evening. Firstly by promising to have the right man power, they fell well behind schedule and the 1pm estimated sound check time was completed by 9pm, some 2 hours after the doors were opened and guests were sitting in the venue.



Furthermore as you can see by the photos and videos, sound continued to cut out for the first 90 minutes of the performance, spot light which was paid for and an operator was non existent, video recording of the event did not happen, video camera man was not present (camera on tripod) and much much more.



Cables and lights were setup in an unprofessional manner with trip hazards everywhere. Stay away from this shonky operator or you will also get burnt.
