Soundblock recently installed retro double glazing windows to my two bedroom windows. Here's my experience with the company:
1.) I went onto their website and submitted a quote request. It was answered within 2 days.
2.) I accepted the quote and they came out a couple of days later to perform the check measure. They told me it would be 4 weeks before the windows would be ready to be installed.
3.) After 4 weeks, I called them to see if the windows were ready, which they were (My only negative comment re. the company is that I had to chase them. That's why I've given them 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars)
4.) They were installed professionally. The windows look very nice and slick. To my ears, they block out an additional 50% - 70% of noise which matches what they've stated on their website
