Source foods is located at the city end of Beaufort street, and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We popped in for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was a struggle to get a table due to it being quite a small restaurant. The outside tables seem to be the most sought after and are a perfect spot to sip a creamy (fair trade) coffee and watch the happenings of Beaufort street. Unfortunately we weren't early enough to secure one and took one of the few remaining seats inside instead.
Source Cafe pride themselves on providing fresh, local and seasonal produce which is an awesome concept meaning that all of the ingredients are fresher, delicious plus result in a smaller ecological footprint. Bonus!
There was a huge selection of vegetarian breakfast options :) the food was fantastic and the coffee amazing.
We will become regulars here I'm sure... Now just to get one of those outside tables..
