Yellow House is a self-contained holiday cottage which can accommodate up to seven people and has a large open lounge with an easterly view overlooking well maintained native parkland and the waters of St Georges Basin.This a pet friendly (unfenced) 1960's cottage with a private yard, opposite a lovely shaded Council park. There is plenty of wild life to observe close up.There is plenty of off-street parking and a large back yard with room to hose down water sports equipment or car. It's just a one minute drive from Palm Beach which is a great family swimming beach that is very safe for children. A boat ramp is located just 900m along Sanctuary Point Road adjoining a family friendly reserve which is very popular for windsurfing. You can also walk along the waterfront starting from the reserve across the road all the way to the boat ramp and join up with the walking track from Palm Beach which continues around Sanctuary Point. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
Avoid staying here at all costs!
Expensive ($170 AUD p/n) for an absolutely filthy, germ-filled cottage. The dirt was repulsive; endless amount of cobwebs and spiders, furniture that was old and smelly, walls and curtains were moldy and constant dust filled air. I would not recommend to anyone and would never even consider staying here again. I want my memory of staying at this place to be erased. (Take this review seriously-I wouldn't have even given it half a star but had to to be able to enter review)
