Didn't have time to test drive but knew what I wanted called Dealerships in Brisbane and Gold Coast to discuss pricing...very unhelpful..put on hold for 5 minutes then said they will call back never did! Called Tweed Coast Mazda and was put straight through to the Manager Andre who discussed demos and new cars available in the Mazda6 range ...I ended up purchasing the next model up from my original plan and got more for my $$$. Lyndin and Grace were awesome on the delivery, went through everything...could not be happier! Thanks again Team..You rock ??????????

Absolutely disgusting! I was very interested in a used car at the Mazda dealer but could not inspect the car until the weekend. So i asked how can i go about holding the car so no one else buys it. They said just leave a deposit of $500 and a copy of your license. So i did what they asked, then 4 days later on Friday i get a call saying the car has been sold. I was completely shocked they would do this. No loyalty here what so ever, i have never been so disgusted in any customer service like this before and cannot beleive they would do this. They never processed the $500 from my credit card, so therefore i had no claim to the vehicle according to them, even though i did exactly what they asked me to do to hold the car. PURE SHARKS!

Service department very unprofessional. Don't provide full service and overpriced. When you notify them of an issue they dont want to talk or resolve the issues. The CX5 has documented issues regarding the front drive and the premature wear on the tyres, however, we were told we take too many left turns. They wouldnt perform the warranty/recall on the gps/phone system without booking the car in for a service and then still didnt rectify the problem. Woud not recommend them to anyone.

Buyer beware! This dealership was great leading up to the sale of my new CX5. At the time of purchase I opted to upgrade my wheels to alloys. The dealership advised me I could have the new wheels installed at my first service in a couple of months time. It has now been over three months and no one can tell me what is going on with my wheels. They were happy to take the money for them at the time but now won't so much as give me the curtesy of a response to my enquiries. I have left multiple messages with reception and emails with management and it's as if I don't exist. To take money for something and not supply the product is theft. Do not buy a car here!!!!

Such friendly and cooperative staff had no issues showing me a variety of cars and going through the specs and features. Test driving was made easy and stress free as was applying for the finance so many different options weren't pushy sales reps. Will do business again in the future.
