he experience we have had with South Coast Roofing and Plumbing, in specific Vaughan, has been extremely stressful. We thought it started well and they seemed professional but things quickly went downhill. 1. Most distressing was the hot water pipes they connected did not run to taps - but ran to an open pipe in roof, which caused severe damage to NEW plaster that was just installed. upon conversation with Vaughan he quickly denied responsibility and said that with an old house there is no guarantees where water goes. Off course anyone lay person can understand this is not true. A plumbers simple job is to make sure water goes where it needs to go. The hot water was not pressure tested by Vaughan, but a certificate was provided. We were out of pocket more than $4000 to fix all the damage that this faulty plumbing caused. (see pics) 2. I was pleased with the works i had done on my house, i rang for a quote and was promptly atteneded to, i needed a new roof, the price was reasonably cheaper compared to other quotes, the completion and whole process was not a drama, no fuss and no mess.These guys had a professional service second to none.Greatly recommended.
