Put my Fiat Ducato into South Coffs Motors to investigate engine warning light. Paid over $600 only for the dreaded light to return on the way home. Sth Coffs Motors didn't want to know and quite rude and dismissive.
Rhett - it was explained to you when you collected the vehicle what parts required replacement to fix the issue on your Fiat. This was written on your invoice as well. You were told again today when you called the office what needed to be replaced to fix the issue.
We have refused to do this for you based on your treatment of our staff.
Significant diagnostic work using factory tools was carried out (also explained on your invoice) to diagnose the fault - which has been charged accordingly.
There are less people willing to work on these vehicles simply because of the way you have acted.
