South Coogee Bowling Club Ltd

Worst place ever.
Booked a table for 20 people to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday. At arrival we were told that there was no table service so my Mrs. had go over the table to note 20 different orders and pay.
Chef was stressed and food was rushed, terrible dishes. From 1.30pm - 2:00pm we were told every 5 mins that everyone should move to the bar area before 2pm, again rude staff cleaning around people trying to eat their rushed dishes.

Moved to the bar area.

Rude aged bowling players telling all of us what we could and not do, shouting at kids without any respect, bar staff telling kids off because they were playing. Even at the smoking area we could not be comfortable because we were blocking the “game view”

Worst experience ever, regret every single $ spent in this venue.

If you want to celebrate and have a good time this is definitely not the place. Zero stars ??

Attended a birthday gig here and it was pretty good. We had booked a section for 3 hours and they didn't kick us out even after when we were just hanging by the grass. It got a little squishy when the whole area was packed and it got annoying how the bowls kept going missing/other group taking them, when there was a whole court free next to us but they decided to jam pack everyone on one. Overall it was great

I had dinner on here on Sunday great value for money with the $10 meals the roast lamb was yum!! Nice balcony that over looks the greens. The inside could do with a bit of love but then again most people go there to be outside.

Best little club in Coogee. Super friendly, great location, no tourists. It's what a club is all about.
