With regard to our Pre Purchase Building and Pest Inspection Service, we organize a time with the Real Estate agent and Vendor to complete the inspection, and can give direct feedback on items found immediately after inspection. Our checklist contains thousands of items, and we are always updating to ensure your investment is checked for all possible damage, faults and defects prior to signing your contract.

Some of the items we test include; structural integrity checking for major structural faults of defects, the building's condition checking for any signs of damage that could affect the overall condition of the dwelling, and finally for termites and timber pests, checking for any sign of damage or activity at the time of inspection. We check all areas of the dwelling including the roof cavity, roof exterior and sub floor to ensure you are properly informed about the dwelling before purchase. This will all be compiled in an easy to read report, complete with photographic evidence, delivered in your inbox same day. At the end of the report we reach an either Acceptable or Not Acceptable rating, and we even estimate a cost to complete any rectification works, if necessary.
