Our water pressure for our house as tested by the technician from South East Water told us specifically that the pressure was 77 percent compared to the 100 percent the rest of the neighbours were receiving.
Got an email from South East Water a few days later saying it is sufficient but I initially contacted them because of how poor the pressure was to become with. Showers were a chore due to the lack of water coming out, gardening took twice as long but South East Water says its sufficient which is just a poor excuse for being lazy and cheap.
Although we pay South East Water to use their services, they are unwilling to get a plumber to rectify the issue with their equipment or adjust the water pressure.
