Not Happy with the service. First it was that the spark plugs I had in the car before it got there were better than the standard spark plugs they were going to put in, so I said leave my ones in. They didn\'t want to take the price of the new spark plugs off the service price.
Then in their advert that was delivered to my letter box said free wiper blades. When I went to pick up my ford territory I asked did you replace the wiper blades, they said \"no the territory have moulded wiper blades and they cost $60\"
Knowing the car I was leaving with them, I think they should of advised me on these things before hand, not waited until I picked up the car and paid for it. If you receive a brochure in the mail regarding a special for servicing, don\'t believe it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Notification was given that the spark plugs were due for changing as per the vehicles handbook. We were advised by you to not change the spark plugs because the original spark plugs were better. There was explaination and conversation by way of a telephone call after an inspection of the vehicle; and prior to the vehicle being picked up. It was then requested that no further work be carried out on the vehicle. Which we obliged. The terms and conditions of the wiper blades and spark plugs are outlined on the bottom of our flyer.
