I suffered from vertigo but at the time I didn't know that. From a person that suffered of anxiety I was extremely anxious as I didn't know why I had sudden faint/swaying feelings.
When I got my blood taken by the nurse, I said I was a little nervous to which she grabbed my arm pulled it out and said "funny because you don't seem scared of needles to me" (meaning my tattoos)
She cold and extremely rude without an oumce of compassion.

If you aren't a regular don't bother. Booked out most of the time. Hence the apparently rude reception. return customers are greeted differently

Really rude staff.
