After looking around for a couple of weeks I came across this company and was surprised by the level of service they provided.
So I am very happy to recommend South Qld Properties to any future buyers who are looking for a great block of land to build their home on, like we were.
My wife and I recently purchased an acreage property from South Queensland Properties and we thought we would give other people some feedback on this company.
Our experience was fantastic having driven up from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast where we met the staff from South Queensland Properties, spent some time at their office looking over plenty of valuable information and then traveled out to see some superb quality land.
We also checked out the area where we bought our future home site. Our consultant was very knowledgeable pointing out the growth, businesses schooling and all the good reasons why investing in the area was a sound decision. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the company service and the price of the land we bought. This company comes highly recommended!

Watch out do not trap by their sweet talk so called cheap acreages etc.
On the 2ND Oct 2012 we come along an ad on our local paper. Acreages for 67k soon rang the number and happen to talk to staff from SOUTH QUEENSLAND PROPERTIES . All sweet talk and get us to come over to the Sunshine Coast/Forest Glen EXIT 200 Bruce high way to look at the acreages. Given the cost of land these days it was refreshing to find a company who specialises in land at the bottom end of the market.
Recently in my endeavours to find something I could afford, an advert in the local paper directed me to South Queensland Properties ... thinking I was dealing with another agent I was cautious but was soon to find that their knowledge of property was Queensland wide and extensive. Their service was way beyond what I expected and I was treated as if I were a millionaire!
