OMG I will never go here again
I brought my mother here for a scan
The receptionists are so rude and my mother had alarge bruise in her armfrom the liquid. When i called they talk to me like im a child
The toilets are so dirty how can it be a medical center OMG
I also heard on the news that the COVID cases in local hospital
and the SAME doctors work here and in the the Hospital
No way ever again!!!!!!

AVOID this place if possible.

VERY RUDE STAFF,
They think they dealing with animals.
There’s no such thing as customer service.

Shame to see customer service hasnt changed in 3 years.
Rude and arrogant is as nice as I can put it.
Booked in for a 10am ultrasound only to be turned away because the sonographer did not want to do ultrasound due to miscommunicatuon on their end.
Avoid this place if possible !!

OliviaPope. I have to agree 110%. I was booked in at 10:30 and I too was there for an ultrasound. When I approached the staff behind the desk at 10:40 to confirm my booking I was told I had booked for 10:40. By the time I was seen to it was 11:00. The doctor that did it was extremely rude and also asked me questions that was completely irrelevant as they isn't my doctor or specialist. Their communication skills / bedside manner was beyond repulsive. I have decided to not go back to this particular Radiology.
