I was recommended to go to Southbank Prestige by a friend who gets his BMW and Mercedes serviced there. I drive a BMW 5-series which has just come out of the factory servicing warranty period and I got comparison quotes to have the servicing done at BMW and Southbank Prestige. They were almost $800 cheaper than BMW for the exact same services and with the same type of technology, and I got a VW courtesy car to drive which was clean and new. While my car was being serviced, they identified a small oil leak which BMW hadn't noticed/picked up, and they fixed it without charging me. That small leak could have caused costly issues with my engine later on if not fixed, so I was relieved it was fixed and for free. Aside from this, Wyan contacted me to explain everything they had fixed before I came to pick up the car, my log book was stamped and as I was running late, he stayed opened and waited so I could pick up my car. Ive recently come across this business through researching for a authorized dealership for my vehicle. I contacted them yesterday and asked for a quote, the person I spoke too said he would call back within the hour. No call back at all. I contacted them again today and asked if they could provide the details as mentioned day before, again I was committed that the same person would contact me shortly today, unfortunately no call back at all. Disappointing when coming across business like this who are unable to deliver on a simple phone call commitment, questions whether they can service or repair my vehicle properly.
