Zero stars, the service my family received was apauling! -
Failed to inform us they had no crumbed chicken and assumed a grown man would be happy with soggy chicken nuggets instead.
Forgot our chips (with plain salt as stated on our order) after 7 more minutes we got a bag of chips smothered in chicken salt and after spending almost $40 they expected us to pay and extra $2 for chips I was sure we payed for anyways. Wouldn't bring up the amount we paid to see on the register and told us to leave with the chips.
Disgusting service, no apology, my family and I will not be returning only due to the poor service. All girls were laughing away about it...all drastically lack customer service which is kinda sad. Other than that food was average.

Good chips but very poorly cooked fish, we paid extra & had snapper, it appeared to have been par cooked as when it was put into the fryer it already was stiff & had hardened batter on it, consequently it was terribly dry. We chose snapper as opposed to the standard fish which I was told is bassa (catfish) many takeaways are now using this fish which only costs us $5 kg but they aren't passing on any saving. Also $4.95 for a tub of gravy if you want their largest.
