Assisting our clients to navigate the Aged care system and assist them to complete all required documentation in order to find placement in residential care or receive home care services; we find appropriate placement in residential Aged care or to set up home care services if living at home; assist our clients to find a retirement village or independent living unit, and we can assist our clients to arrange any service from organising a removalist to move furniture into their new home, cleaning services to clean rental property being vacated or in preparation of putting a home on the market for sale; organising a public trustee to manage affairs if no family members are available, etc.
