Very bad customer service and they do not care about their clients They do not admit their mistakes, very rude and unprofessional. Very poor Quality of goods.
Take your business elsewhere they do not deserve it.
Ditto, everything you said is true. I feel the same way. One so called Crimsafe window cover was ripped of by someone trying to get in. There was even a police report but the rude woman who ansered the phone did not beleive us. There is photo proof as well. Zero rating forfrom me.
I have never given a bad review to any company, but my experience with Southern Cross Blinds was so bad that it has pushed me to warn other customers about them.
My first opinion of this company was that the Manager rude and abrupt but I tolerated that because they gave me the cheapest quote. However, to make a long story short, they made a mistake when they gave us our blades for the vertical blinds. Then when we asked them to fix their mistake, they did so and CHARGED US AGAIN. They refused to admit that it was their fault then started making up different stories (then changing their story again) so they could shift the blame us.
To end this frustrating battle with their rude Manager, we up paying them so we could finally have a home with complete blinds. We ended up spending more money at Southern Cross Blinds than if I purchased my blinds at a more reputable company. This company has given so much attitude and headaches. I CANNOT ...read more
