Let me first say that this is the 3rd year that a group of 20 of us fathers have taken our kids (approx 40 kids) away from suburban Melbourne to a camp site like the Grampians Retreat.
While the retreat itself is fine with good amenities like a pool and a good sized play room for the kids - our experience was absolutely wrecked by the management, especially the management staff who has absolutely no people skills or more to the point kids skills.
Let me highlight out a few examples of what the management staff says/does to kids that became scared of his very presence:
