I recently signed up with southern phone and the home phone / internet deal I signed up for isn't what I got,instead of 150 gb ,I got 100 .instead of my number remaining the same I got a new number,i told them I don't need a modem because they told me the one I have is compatible however they sent me a new modem and im sure theyre billing me for it,this company is just as bad as the one I was having problems with previously,im beyond unhappy with southern phone and its screw ups,my opinion of this company is theyre useless, incompetent and .,frustrating ,they don't listen to you,VERY UNACCEPTABLE southern phone!
