Southern Sports Podiatry started as a small after hours clinic treating local triathletes and runners. Ryan is a member of the Cronulla triathlon club and triathlon NSW and has competed in triathlons from sprint distance to ironman.

Ryan has extensive high risk diabetes experience and provides Doctors with an in depth diabetic foot assessment. This sets southern sports podiatry apart as the tools used provide yearly monitoring of any vascular and neuropathic changes.

The clinic has rapidly grown and Ryan sees all injuries including heel pain, foot and ankle pain, knee and hip injuries as well as detailed biomechanical assessments.

Ryan continues to treat local athletes however peope from all walks of life attend SSP for both acute and chronic foot and ankle pain.

Ryan has worked in over 8 practices and hospitals in Sydney and Victoria, as well as being Head Podiatrist at the Duntroon Military College in Canberra. He continues to work at Westmead hospital treating high risk diabetic foot ulcers and runs the PEDAR-X pressure testing system, consulting with healed patients before they return to normal footwear.

Ryan limits his clientele to ensure a thorough initial assessment and follow up, however always endeavours to provide treatment as soon as possible.
