Found this service very unprofessional, I am female, yes there was a male in the house but the fridge was my problem as its my house would only direct conversation to him and not myself, he assumed I was trying to make a dodgy insurance claim, as I mentioned insurance. he came quickly however he also assumed I didn't have the money to pay him. His knowledge was great but unfortunately very unprofessional.
I'm sorry to hear your experience was not satisfactory. I aim to provide the "very best customer service possible". I am an honest man and only write out "Insurance Claims" if I in fact believe beyond a doubt that is the case.
I am happy to return to your fridge to discuss and rectify any problem. But I do charge a small call out fee to cover my petrol cost and my time, to provide my professional opinion on your problem. If you get other quotes on call out fees from other companies, you will see I am very competitive and often cheaper. I try my hardest to please all my customers. But sometimes no matter what you do, you cant make everyone happy unfortunately. But if the customer lets me know they are unhappy, I work with my customer to try and come to a positive outcome for everyone. I confidently know I have a 95% satisfaction rate as I am told this by my happy customers :)
$30 to drive 5mins away. $50 soon as steps in our house. Charges $20 for 2nd hand if dont work he wont even take the $20 off new one. All he says he charge more for coming back. Seriously not professional.
