Southgate Shopping Centre

Reading all the reviews below makes me think why they say all the nasty thing , if you do not get it they way you want it, what do you do, you get mad, give bad reveiws. I have been to The One Stop Phone Shop for many years, local to us, never have I been mistreated by the staff, alwats friendly, even if the problem is not related to them they still help

The person in the shop is beyond rude! Has no customer service, that person shouldn't be there. I went in with my phone saying it hadn't been repaired correctly by that person 2 weeks prior, straight away that person accused me of lying, that they have never served me and that they don't do that work. The person asked for my receipt, when I produced the receipt that person then continued to argue that the receipt wasn't written up for a repair! Such bad customer service, very rude unhelpful! Never shop at this store!! Unbelievable that this store is allowed to stay open in such a beautiful and friendly centre.

I'm disgusted with the one stop phone shop. I gave my mobile to these people to repair (simple replacement part job that would have taken 30 mins - I know this as I took it elsewhere and this is how long it took!). 5 days and they could not get the part, every day I got the same response "definitely 100% tomorrow". At one stage they got a part but it was faulty!! Where are you getting parts from?? Are they even new parts as you claim?? They also claim to have called me to advise that they couldn't get the part on the day originally promised (despite me leaving 2 different mobile numbers, I did not get a call or voicemail on either number). These people are also expensive, the quote I got was $50 higher than the other place that did the quick repair job.

Was absolutely disgusted is the level of customer service in The one stop phone shop. They were very rude and would not return a product that was faulty just because the box was not available, the receipt was and the product had only been used once. No wonder why people buy things off the internet these days.

I would never shop at this store again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to shop there.
