I organised to take my car in for a valuation for which i took an hour off work to do, which is fine... however it really annoyed me that after 5 x follow up telephone calls and 2 x visits to the show room I was unable to get a figure of what the car would be worth as a trade in. Seing as the car we were trading was a reasonably new model Toyota and we were trading for brand new I can only assume the sales guy was completely incompetent. After a week of not hearing anything back I called and spoke to a head salesman who was very apologetic, it ends up they valued the car $6,000 less than what we actually got at another dealer, so we probably dodged a bullet anyway. Would never step foot in there car yar or show room again and would highly recommend that anyone thinking of going there to steer clear and go to the many other competent Toyota dealers in Brisbane.

Rating a 1 because 0 isn't an option. DO NOT take your car here unless you want it to be worse than when you took it in. We paid $500 for the issue with our car to be unresolved AND for them to break things inside the engine and then lack to honesty to even let us know about it. Absolutely appaled and would never go back there.

I have a Toyota Prado that required a service, wheel alignment and plastic bumper work replaced (few clips and screws and mudguard plastic). The vehicle service seems OK, however I'm bitterly disappointed with the remaining work that has been carried out. After completing the service I had to bring the vehicle back to have the plastic work reviewed and wheel alignment corrected (the steering wheel was off centre and it wasn't when I bought the vehicle in) and the plastic work was not completed correctly (still missing bolts / screws). After this visit I've noticed that the plastic bumper work has been zip tied up and the steering is still off. I have to the the vehicle back for the fourth time to get this looked at. There seems to be no pride, ownership or care in their work as these are simple tasks that have not been completed correctly. The worst dealer service I've received and will never go back. I was handled with one particular sales staff remotely over emails and phones due to my working hours. Was polite at the beginning but then quickly became rapid fire manner, giving me very little time to react until I was trapped into responding and signed with a yes to the eventual product question. I am a first time buyer and I did mention this to him, which obviouslly taken to a trap!

Thanks to David, the finance officer, who actually the only person who came to a decent sense and being reliable genuine person. Overal was the worst experience and I will never go back to this dealer.

The worst service ever. 2 weeks ago had an appointment with Daniel about a scratch/dent special on Corolla Ascent Sport that he trucked in especially for us to see only for them to sell it just before we arrived. So unprofesional. Gone elsewhere now where the service ethic is very profesional.
Don't buy your new car here.
