From illness to wellness - All your practitioners under one roofSouthwest Wellness Centre is a the largest health and wellness centre in the Southwest. Opened in March 2012, it was designed to provide people with the convenience and ease of all their practitioners under one roof.
The centre is a 500sqm buiding which has over 11 different modalities including

The centre has as 200sqm studio, equipped with weights and cardio machines as well as a 50sqm Private pilates studio.
There is over 5 private practitioner rooms and a physiotherapy clinic with the latest technology. The centre has a private bathroom and shower and has a modern environment.

We are open 6 days a week
Monday to Friday 5.30am -12.30pm / 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm
Note: Reception hours are from 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday
