Dirty place dirty tweezers dirty wax dirty management who treat their staff dirty and dirty inexperienced staff who are hired because they do not know their rights. Management intimidates female customers at front desk and then therapists b***h during your wax or treatment about their workplace. Yuck will never return to this place disgusted
The most child-unfriendly, no child-hateful, experience I\'ve ever had!! I can not believe I\'ve actually experienced it this morning! Tuesday, 21\/01\/2014. I get my eyebrows waxed regularly at different salons and have never had such a disturbing experience. As most times, I was with my 3 kids. Never staff doing my eyebrows had a problem with my kids sitting by me, on me or standing by them . My 3 year old was standing by the sliding door and moved i to the side. The staff " Who have just shut the door?! Don\'t touch the door!\" The youngest (17 months) was on my tummy as I was holding him, and at first the beautician was signing and rolling their eyes, which I pretended not to notice. But when they raised their voice at me \"Stop moving!\" --- I\'ve had enough and stood up from the bed. Didn\'t get my eyebrows finished as felt disrespectfully treated and yelled at. You obviously have never tried to wax someone's eyebrows with a child on their stomach. I'm sorry but it is very fustrating when we are screamed at like slaves because we ruined an eye brow due to the movement of either the mother or child. I am sure there are two sides to the story.. We can't win. It takes 10 minutes, all beauty therapists don't need the added pressure of making sure the children are not disturbing the rest of the salon or dealing with added movement when brow waxing clearly requires a still hand. Yes this therapist sounds very much on the wrong side of professionalism, but at the same time.. I can't help feeling like I wish I said the same to the first 10 lady's in my day who do it or told me off for their eye brows not turning out the way they had hoped.
