Sparkle Hand Car Wash

I've used this Carwash 3 times in the past 6 months... perfect wash and clean each and every time. Love the sms notifications of when car is ready to be picked up. Staff polite and professional

Worst customer service ever. I have never been so appalled by the customer service here. I have taken my car many times and when I put car in today I mentioned car wasn't cleaned well previously could they just double check it. She was so rude from the start even asking what type of car I had. The way she spoke I was so surprised how she treated me. When returned she had a go at me my car was dirty hence why I was paying to get it washed?? and charged be another $10 on to of already $78 I paid. I have never been treated so poorly by somebody and will never go there again. Customer service 0 and car wash 1 not even worth it for convience sake...

After paying $75 for wash and clean I was disgusted with the smearing on the windows and the dust still all over the inside of the car - will never go back !!!!

I will never use this service again. The manager was incredibly rude and misleading when providing a quote. When I picked up the car, I questioned the new price. All of the cleaners were clearly intimidated by this woman. She has no idea of how to resolve an issue successfully, just used bullying and intimidation. Revolting!

The management of this business are EXTREMELY rude. They speak to and treat their staff absolutely shocking. Total lack of respect. I would NEVER recommend anyone help support this business. Treat others as you expect to be treated. Disgusting!!!!
