Sparkles Car Wash & Window Tinting

Extremely bad job. Car wasn't cleaned at the lower part of the back of the car at all. Could still see the mud that was caked on. I found the guys there to be very rude and unfriendly. My car is quite new but within a couple of days there was a horrible smell in the car which had never been there before. I would never use these people again. I've never given a bad review before but was that disgusted with the service I thought I'd take the time to do it and hopefully stop other people going through the same experince and wasting their money.

I've been getting my Chrysler 300 cleaned at Sparkles car wash at the hyperdome for about a year now. At first I was a bit hesitant about leaving my car to be washed by people i didn't know but they did a really great job for a great price and I've been going there ever since. I've never had to worry and there's never been any scratches or any issues.

Well below expectations. I had bat crap on my car (Nissan Dualis) and was quoted $70 as it was regarded as a 4wd, which was odd when it was sitting next to a Hilux and looked tiny. I explained that I was not concerned about overall cleaning, just to remove the bat crap and a basic wash and was told it would be done and if there was any problems they would call me. 3 hours later I got a call to say it was finished. First thing I saw was they had washed and polished the car and vacuumed, but the bat crap was still there. The staff came over and whispered that it was really hard to remove so they didn't do it. I asked why they hadn't called me and they reckoned they did try which was BS. They would not hand my keys over until I had paid despite not doing the agreed upon job. It has just now taken me an hour to hand clean all the crap off with Metho, which I agree was hard work. I would not use this service at any time again
