Our company started in 2002 at Carolyn White's kitchen table and was born out of her passion to design gorgeous and delicious cakes.
By growing the business through word of mouth and using her attention to detail to ensure every cake was perfect, Carolyn's skill and flair meant the successful business soon grew and is now based in Knoxfield where our order books are full of cakes for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries and christenings.
We are a dedicated and talented team who love designing, baking and icing cakes. We love to train our team from scratch to meet our high standards and every cake is hand baked and decorated in our Knoxfield kitchen.
Our passion is extended to sharing our skills as we offer a variety of classes catering for all levels. Students are not only proud of what they produce and learn but we have a fun time learning.

Was 95% happy with my wedding cake made by Carolyn in March 2014. Looked exactly how I had wanted it, arrived on time, tasted amazing, and was loved by all. The only downside (5%) is that I had ordered fresh roses to be arranged on the cake, and on the day they put fake sugar flowers on it. I'm not sure what happened - it didn't ruin my day - but it didn't look exactly how I had wanted it to and I think fresh flowers wouldn't looked much better.
Went along with a girlfriend to do a Cupcake Decorating Course. It was for three hours one evening during the week. Its important to know that It doesnt matter whether you love to cook them, eat them or both, this course really is for anyone that enjoys and opportunity to do something a little different. This truly was a great way to spend a few hours. Carolyn is a very lovely, warm person that makes you feel welcome in her space. The night went at a smooth pace, with plenty of time to take in and then give it all a go for yourself. The cupcakes are ready made for you when you arrive as this evening is purely about you decorating. You get to work with different types of icing and get all the know how tips that the professionals use - and the bonus..... you get to take your craftmenship home with you. YUM!!!! What a treat. My boys were so impressed with their mum, and although it was a little sad (for me), we did eat them.......and they tasted great!!!
