Rude arrogant and unhelpful. This mob is so awful that they cant even get my name right, even when I am standing in front of them explaining. The unhelpful person doesn't want to accept that the name I use is important to me (she tells me she doesn't care what she is called and doesn't know why I care what I am called) It us not that difficult people. It's an English name with five letters.
I walked out after 10 minutes of frustration and I will not return.
