My wife and I bought spectacles from the firm called Specsavers.

The two pairs bought by my wife, each had one arm that had become separated at the hinge. I read on Specsavers’ website that people had complained of the same problem .The joint/hinge was unusual. I call it ‘design hopelessness’.
