So disappointing. I moved to this area and have always attended a Specsavers however; this store has to be the worst one I have been to. I was given prescription glasses for reading that gave me terrible headaches and when I took them back, they told me that I did not require them at all.
I sent my frames away to have the lenses redone in August, it is now October, and still no information on what is happening. The best excuse I got was that the lab has lost them. I am so frustrated with the lack of help and service with this store that I do not think you should invest too much into the place.
Sadly this sales consultant I was assigned had not regard for my enquiry. I simply wanted 1 pair of single vising glasses for reading and an estimate to replace the lenses in my $600.00 dollar frames. The consultant was disrespectful, belligerent and straight out rude. When I advise they were $350 more expensive than their competitor, she said “yeah, we don’t care” I said I think I’m wasting my time here she just blurted out “Bye” Oh by the way, the quote they presented was $860.00 to replace the lenses. Four of my friend and colleagues warned me not to go to supersavers for this reason. I should have listened . I have also written to their head office, but I won’t hold my breath.
Popped in as my glasses (bought in Specsavers but a different store) had been bent slightly due to my child... Anyway, service was great, no questions or queries about them, the lady just got on with making them like new again. Think I will visit them when I need a new pair.
